About These Terms
These terms cover use of the Local Turkey Tours website and the enquiry process. Specific travel arrangements are governed by the itinerary, quotation and booking conditions provided to you in writing before confirmation. These website terms do not replace mandatory consumer rights.
Enquiries and Quotations
Submitting a form is a request for information or a quotation; it does not create a confirmed booking. Website itineraries and images are illustrative. Availability, final hotels, services, travel dates, currency, taxes and total price are confirmed in your written quotation. Quotations remain subject to their stated validity and supplier availability.
Booking Confirmation and Payment
A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and the required payment conditions have been met. Deposit amounts, balance deadlines and accepted payment methods are stated in your individual offer or booking confirmation. Do not send payment card details through website forms. Verify payment instructions directly with our team before transferring funds.
Included Services
Your confirmed itinerary and quotation specify what is included and excluded. Flights, entrance fees, meals, accommodation, transfers and optional activities are included only where expressly listed. Any requested change may affect availability and price and must be agreed in writing.
Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
The cancellation deadlines, charges, supplier restrictions and refund conditions applicable to your trip will be disclosed before you confirm. Contact us in writing as soon as you need to amend or cancel. We will explain the applicable conditions and any available alternatives. Mandatory statutory rights apply regardless of the booking conditions.
Traveller Responsibilities
Provide accurate traveller information and check names, dates and arrangements before confirmation. Travellers are responsible for valid travel documents and for checking applicable entry and health requirements with the relevant authorities. Tell us about accessibility or other essential requirements before booking so we can check suitability. Appropriate travel insurance is recommended.
Service Delivery and Assistance
Travel services may be delivered by independent hotels, licensed guides, transport companies and activity providers. Weather, safety restrictions, transport disruptions or other circumstances may require changes. We will communicate material changes and available options. Contact our team promptly if a problem arises so we can assist. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
